Role Overview

Attorneys at our firm work closely with senior counsel on federal investigations and litigation. Responsibilities include legal research, motion practice, case strategy development, and client advocacy at various stages of federal proceedings.

Responsibilities

  • Represent clients in federal criminal and regulatory matters
  • Conduct advanced legal research and analysis
  • Draft motions, briefs, memoranda, and other legal filings
  • Assist with discovery review, witness preparation, and trial strategy
  • Communicate professionally with clients, courts, and government agencies
  • Maintain accurate and well-organized case files

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
  • Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
  • Strong legal writing and research skills
  • Ability to manage multiple matters and meet strict deadlines
  • High ethical standards and attention to detail

Preferred Experience

  • Federal court experience
  • Background in white-collar crime, healthcare fraud, or government investigations
